Even in this rough state this is a beautiful piece of art. I love the ideas of giving Tennet that cape, Eccelston having a bruiser kinda look and the idea that Davison is taller than the Bakers. And in the individual one's I love Hartnell's face, especially the nose. A wonderful piece.
Would have really loved to see what you would have done. Been a fan of your work since I picked up a Gen 13 issue, in a medieval setting (I think that was yours, lol), a long time ago. I was sorry to see Thundercats go, as I really enjoyed your take, and this may have been the first time I'd seen an animated Doctor Who style that would have looked forward to. Thanks for posting your sketches regardless.
It's a shame this didn't come to pass, I really love the shape design in these. They all stand out pretty well and distinctively from each other as is, so I imagine once a color pass would have been done they would have really popped then.
Still though, at least some great designs came out as a result of this!
